House Rules

 1.    Silence: We kindly ask you to be silent from 10 PM till 10 AM. Remember that other residents live in this house. So please be mindful and don’t shout in the hallway, play loud music, etc...

2.    Preserve the environment: Be rational in your water & electricity use, as well as the use of towels. Together we can do our part.

3.    No Parties: It is strictly forbidden to organize parties or invite non-residents to the Loft O. There are noise complaint sensors present in the building and any violation can result in a non-refunded termination of your booking.

4.    Non-Smoking: Loft O is 100% non-smoking. You can use the balconies to smoke.

5.    Heating, Fan & Lights: please switch them off or switch to ECO (heating) when leaving the loft.

6.    Netflix: Do not change the Netflix-account or log out, other guests enjoy watching this service too.

7.    Damage or break: In case you should break or damage something, please let us know. Note that you are responsible for damages that occur by your fault or by the person you are responsible for and that you are obliged to pay for it.

8.    Fines: We reserve the right to terminate your stay if you are in violation of our house rules or if you disturb other visitors with your behavior. When not living up to this rule we will charge a fine of 250 €.
