Cancelation Policy
The applied amounts and percentages are to be paid by the guest. Special conditions are prior to the main cancellation conditions when applied.
In case you settle payment with bank transfer (bancontact or iDeal) your reservation will be modified in a non-refundable rate.
The cancellation policy below is only applicable when guaranteed by credit card.
Conditions for Individual booking
Less than 2 weeks before date of arrival: first night. Less then 1 week before date of arrival: full reservation. To avoid discussion this means before check in two/on week prior to the reservation. This to avoid any additional costs.
Conditions for groups (>2 rooms-Superior)
Between 0 and 14 days before arrival: 100%
Between 14 and 21 days before arrival: 50 %
House Rules
In the rules below you will find the house rules that apply in our hotel. You are obliged to follow these rules.
Violation of any house rule can be reported to the police immediately and without regard to the person concerned, while denial of access will also be notified.
Limited access.
Only guest registered in the reservation are permitted in the accommodation. Access to unauthorized individuals will be denied.
No unauthorized events or parties.
For events apply different rates and regulations. These are only possible by booking an event directly and after authorization.
Silent hours.
Silent hours are between 10pm and 10am.
Non smoking.
Smoking inside the building is completely forbidden and can result in a 250€ fine.
Damage.
In the event of damage to our property, you are liable for the repair and / or renewal costs.
Good to Know
Check-in
From 4 pm
Check-out.
Until 12 noon
Late check out.
We can offer late check out until 2pm for an extra €35 upon availability.
Check outs later than 2pm will result in the cost of an extra night.
Accessibility
All floors are accessible by elevator however since we are located in an old building we regret to inform you that we are not fully accessible to wheel chair users.
The elevator may be too small for some wheelchairs and the top floor and rooftop deck of the Superior loft are only accessible by stairs.
Pets
We are happy to welcome you and your animal family within the degree of the reasonable. Please inform us upon reservation.
Children
Children up to 12 years old stay for free when using existing beds. Children up to 16 years old as well but the tourism tax applies. The Extra sofa-bed is available for €25 per stay.
Baby's
Baby bed and baby chair are free at your disposal.
Damage Deposit
A damage deposit of EUR 450 is required. The property will charge this 7 days before arrival. This is collected via credit card. You will be refunded at check-out. Your deposit is fully refundable via credit card, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
